As the world gets a grip on the pandemic, more and more industries are bouncing back.
Take corporate travel. According to a Reuters report, global airlines will return to profitability in 2023; the last time they were in the black was in 2019, before COVID-19 descended on us. All in all, spending in the corporate travel industry “is expected to recover to 80% of 2019 levels” in 2023.
It’s not just employers that are bound to have some good times. Employees in the corporate travel industry are more than happy to keep busy these days since a steady stream of work means a steady stream of income.
Interested in riding this revival wave? If so, we’ve found an opening in the corporate travel industry for you!
Atlas Travel, a global travel management platform, is looking to hire a corporate travel consultant. In this remote, part-time position, you can make a living with your organizational skills and diligence.
More on Atlas Travel
The rise of Atlas Travel may be compared to a plane taking off from a runway and ascending into the skies.
The roots of this company can be traced back to a Milford, Massachusetts office that Elaine Osgood opened after she bought a Uniglobe Travel franchise. It certainly didn’t take her long to realize how popular corporate travel was, so she did what she could to capitalize on this popularity. Though her agency catered to vacationers as well, Osgood knew that business travel would be her bread and butter.
In 1997, she was able to spin off her agency from the parent company. Osgood’s venture—which took on the name Atlas Travel—set out to establish its credentials in the highly competitive travel industry. As the 2000s unfolded, Atlas Travel succeeded in doing this, even going so far as to acquire another travel company (Global Odysseys) to widen the scope of its operations.
In the 2010s, the company strengthened its global presence by adopting advanced travel technology and opening more offices in key locations. At one point, Atlas Travel was recognized by the Women Presidents’ Organization as one of the “50 Fastest-Growing Women-Led Companies in North America.”
Today, Atlas Travel lives up to its billing by offering everything from travel management and custom vacations to event planning. With so many services on offer, the company can use some skilled hands to satisfy all its customers. That’s where you come in.
