• Respond to transcription inquiries via email and phone.

• Track transcription jobs via spreadsheets.
• Stay in constant communication with reporters and transcribers in order to get updates on the status of active projects.
• Coordinate with the production department regarding deliverables.

To qualify for this job, you need to have strong communication and math skills. Experience with MS Office products and great customer service skills are also prerequisites.
