As a customer service representative for the parent company, you’ll be handling customer questions and concerns regarding product purchases and delivery. Your tasks will include:
- Explaining product information (while simultaneously trying not to lose your temper at impertinent questions)

- Processing returns (and trying to placate irate customers, of course)
