To qualify for the remote position of health concierge, you need to have the following:
- High school diploma or GED
- An associate’s degree (or equivalent experience)
- Solid communication skills (both oral and written)
- Organizational and multitasking skills
As a health concierge, you’ll be expected to:
- Respond to customer inquiries via multiple channels (such as phone, chat, email, or letter)
- Meticulously explain the health plans and resources offered by CVS Health
- Provide effective advice based on customers’ background, needs, and preferences
- Resolve customer concerns and collaborate with other departments to generate solutions
