What can you expect from this job?

Before we proceed, let’s clarify the geographic limitations. Though Working Solutions is accepting applications from people based in the U.S. and Canada, it isn’t processing submissions from residents of California, New York, Pennsylvania, and Washington.

To qualify for the virtual agent posts offered by Working Solutions, you need to have the following:

• Strong internet connection (via cable, DSL, or fiber optic)
• Minimum 10 Mbps download speed
• An up-to-date computer with minimum 8 GB of RAM
• Windows 10 or a more advanced operating system
• A secure workspace at home
• A USB headset (once you officially become a Working Solutions agent)

Whatever field you are assigned to, you need to remember that Working Solutions expects you to provide nothing less than the best customer experience. Customers will be engaging with you via a number of channels (such as phone, chat, and email), so your interpersonal skills need to be on point every time.
