What to expect from this job

To begin with, the position is open to candidates from the following states: Arizona, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah, and Washington.

Here’s what a customer service consultant is expected to do:

• Handle 50-60 phone calls per shift
• Correspond with customers via other channels (such as chat and email)
• Address queries and concerns regarding item replacements and returns, order status, product availability, and other shopping-related matters
• Generate solutions to problems (and, if necessary, escalate serious issues to supervisors)
• Display other desirable qualities (such as active listening and empathy) that can ensure a high-quality customer experience)

To qualify for this job, you must meet the following criteria:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Have a hardwired internet connection with a minimum download speed of 25Mbps and a minimum upload speed of 5Mbps
• Be familiar with Windows OS
• Have a secure workspace at home

As a customer service consultant, you’ll be making $15 an hour. Once you hit the six-month mark, expect the first of your tenure-based increases. As for bonuses, your quarterly performance bonus can go as high as $2,000!
