In terms of availability, you need to be able to work one of these three shifts:
- Sunday to Thursday (from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. ET)
- Tuesday to Saturday (from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. ET)
- Tuesday to Saturday (from 1p.m to 9 p.m ET)
Here are some of the responsibilities that will be entrusted to you in this role:
- Engage with Ro members via phone and email.
- Educate members on product specifications and assist with troubleshooting (via mobile app or the Ro website).
- Address concerns regarding account management and product shipments.
- Create an overall positive customer experience for Ro members.
