Responsibilities

As a remote customer service representative, you’ll be tasked with the following:

• Engage with customers via phone and online communication channels.
• Provide detailed information when customers inquire about CarMax products.
• Assist customers in making purchases (from online to in-store transactions).

Do note that in certain states, you might need to acquire an automotive salesperson license. In that case, you need to be able to travel and take the requisite tests.

Qualifications

To qualify for this position, you need to have excellent listening, speaking, and writing skills. You should also have the flexibility to work evening shifts, weekends, and even holidays. In addition, you have a better chance of getting hired if you have previous customer service or sales experience.
