Required skills and experience
The successful candidate has a high school diploma or a GED equivalent and at least a year of customer service-related experience. You will also need certain skills, such as basic computer knowledge and the ability to navigate a multiline phone system.

Your daily duties will include the following:
- Answering and screening phone calls
- Demonstrating professionalism and politeness at all times
- Scheduling and confirming patients’ appointments
