The right candidate is comfortable with teamwork but can also carry out their duties unsupervised; is flexible, self-motivated, and resourceful; and takes initiative. The job is remote and pays $20 an hour.

Tend is looking for a customer support superstar. If you are hired, your responsibilities will include anything from resolving customer issues to researching information and developing documents while maintaining a positive attitude, demonstrating genuine empathy, and adapting to changes quickly.

Qualifications
The best part about this job is that you don’t need a college degree. However, it does require certain qualifications and skills, and being a strong communicator is one of them. The right candidate should also have experience working with Zendesk and similar CS ticketing platforms.
