If you are hired, your daily tasks will include auditing, researching, and processing invoice requests and payments, ensuring they reach the right department for approval. You will be responsible for maintaining vendor and independent contractors’ records and making certain all payment is accurate.
In addition to processing payments to vendors and contractors, you will be in charge of collecting patient refunds as well as all employee advances and reimbursements.
You will also be expected to generate weekly or monthly reports from a variety of software.
This position requires someone with a bachelor’s degree in accounting or post-secondary bookkeeping education. The complex work environment calls for a person with great attention to detail and excellent organizational and analytical skills.
