Someday, some genius in some laboratory will come up with a gadget that can scan hundreds of pages at a time and then convert all that paper-based data into digital information.
That’s such a 21st-century dream, isn’t it?
Until that day comes, data clerks will remain highly valuable assets to organizations. Even as companies worldwide find more creative ways to digitize their operations, they will ultimately rely on human ability and diligence to achieve their desired outcomes.
Got experience in this particular role? Buckle up because an opportunity’s waiting in the wings.
Insight Investments, a company that specializes in equipment acquisition and data management, is looking for a data clerk to help process its customer and account information. From the comfort of your own home, you can apply your expertise in clerical duties, thus becoming a key player in the Insight Investments team.
Background of the company
Established in 1987, Insight Investments started out as a reseller of off-lease hardware. Over the years, the company expanded its services to include new technology acquisition, technology leasing, data management, and security solutions.
From a small business operating out of a 400 sq ft office, Insight Investments has grown into a company with more than 300 employees. At present, it has six subsidiaries that address various customer needs related to equipment and data.
These subsidiaries include Insight Financial Services (which helps clients with their technical assets), Red8 (which provides assistance with data management and IT concerns), and 2NDGEAR (which acts as a supplier of IT equipment).
Having evolved into a multi-faceted organization, Insight Investments could use the help of individuals who are as dedicated to data and technology as the company itself is. That’s where you come in.
